Hey Everyone,
This weekend we had our biggest group yet attending the Spooktacular meet hosted by CCA. Despite it being way too hot out for October our swimmers raced incredibly well with 74% of the swims resulting in best times! Reminder that todays practice is earlier in the day and at Rocklin High School. Times for each group can be found at the link below.

Thursday – PM practices from last week will be rescheduled at RHS.
Winter Practice Times – have been finalized and are posted.
Wave Winter Session Registration:
Will be released this week.
Upcoming Meets:
Sac Regional Open (10/19-10/20) – Seniors and Presenior 1: It is a two-session format, coaches are recommending you sign up for a full slate of events.
Pete Fitch Meet (10/19-10/20) - Presenior 2, Blue and Grey: We are only attending Saturday and Sunday.
Holiday Swim Festival (AZ) (12/5-12/8) – Qualifiers: Planning for our winter championship meet has started. Current qualifiers can be found HERE. Swimmers will need to confirm attendance with me prior to 11/8/2024.
