Im going to get right to it since our schedule is weird this week.
Fall and Winter Practice Schedule
Monday 10/21: All Groups - Normal Practice Times at Whitney
Tuesday 10/22: Senior, Pre1, Pre2 - AM Practices at Whitney; Grey, Blue - PM Practices at Rocklin
Wednesday 10/23: Senior, Pre1, Pre2 - AM Practices at Whitney; Grey, Blue - NO PRACTICE
Thursday 10/24 and Friday 10/25: All Groups - Normal evening practice times at Whitney.
Saturday 10/26: Senior, Pre1, Pre2 - Distance Block Party Meet (No Practice for Senior, Pre1 and Pre2 that are not participating in the Block Party). Blue - 8:30-9:45am; Grey - 8:30-9:15am at Whitney.
Wave Winter Session Registration
Our last day of Fall Session Practice for Wave will be Saturday 11/2. You will need to register for Winter Session (November 4-January 31) if you would like to continue with practices. If you have any questions, please reach out to either me or [email protected].
WAVE WINTER SESSION REGISTRATION
Meet Information
This week we had 2 meets going on with the Pete Fitch Memorial meet hosted by STAS and the Sac Regional meet that we impromptu hosted. Thank you to all of the parent volunteers that stepped up this weekend to make sure that both meets ran smoothly. We had way more volunteer requirements this weekend than we expected to but everyone came together and took care of everything.
RST Block Party (10/26) Distance (Senior, Pre1, Pre2) at Whitney High School: Swimmers will swim either 500 or 1000 (Coach will select). Cost: $10. Warmups: 7:00am, Meet Start: 8:00am. Expected end time 9:30am. I want to encourage all Senior, Pre1 and Pre 2 swimmers to attend even if you have not swum a distance event previously. This is a great opportunity to do so. Parents will need to volunteer during the meet (job assignments are posted). USA Swimming Membership is required.
RST Block Party (11/2) All Groups at Whitney High School: Swimmers can select up to 4 events. Cost: $25. Warmups: 7:00am, Meet Start: 8:00am. Expected end time 10:30am. Parents will need to volunteer during the meet (job assignments are posted). USA Swimming Membership is required.
Thanksgiving Thousand (11/9) Senior, Pre1 and Pre2; Blue and Grey with Coach approval. Meet Registration is now open. There will be a 500 offered for swimmers 10 and under. Proceeds benefit Raley's Food for Families.
Holiday Swim Festival (AZ) (12/5-12/8) Qualifiers: Qualifiers are posted HERE. Swimmers will need to confirm attendance with me prior to 11/15. Room Block deadline is 11/8. Meet information and Qualifying times.
