It’s our final week of Fall Session! Fall Survey: please complete our survey re: Fall Session.

Wave Families: Our last day of Fall Session Practice for Wave will be Saturday 11/2. You will need to register for Winter Session (November 4-January 31) if you would like to continue with practices. Fall and Winter Practice Schedule

***Please note that the first week of winter schedule may be altered depending on WHS water polo making playoffs. Any changes will be announced as soon as we can confirm them.***

Monday 10/28 – Rocklin High School (earlier times)

Thursday 10/31 – Senior, Pre1, Pre2 – AM Practices at WHS; Blue, Grey – No Practices.

Friday 11/1 – Football Game at Whitney High School – parking will be an issue.

Saturday 11/2 – Block Party Meet at Whitney High School. No practice for those not signed up for the meet.

Meet Recap

Our first Block Party meet was a huge success with lots of our swimmers trying new longer races than they are used to. Results are now published to Meet Mobile by searching “RST Distance Block Party”. 

Upcoming Meet Information

RST Block Party (11/2) All Groups at Whitney High School: Swimmers can select up to 4 events (I would like all swimmers to compete in the 100IM event). Cost: $25. Warmups: 7:00am, Parent Volunteers: Please arrive by 7:45am. Meet Start: 8:00am. Expected end time 10:30am. Parents will need to volunteer during the meet (job assignments are posted). USA Swimming Membership is required. Deadline to register is 10/31.

Thanksgiving Thousand (11/9) Senior, Pre1 and Pre2; Blue and Grey with Coach approval. Meet Registration is now open. There will be a 500 offered for swimmers 10 and under. Proceeds benefit Raley's Food for Families.

Holiday Swim Festival (AZ) (12/5-12/8) Qualifiers: Qualifiers are posted HERE. Swimmers will need to confirm attendance with me prior to 11/15. Room Block deadline is 11/8.

Elsmore – Team Gear
