There will be no Saturday practice due to the meet. 

Sorry for the delay in sending out the specifics for the WAC Last Chance Meet. The timeline that was sent earlier today was incorrect. Unfortunately, we have not received the final version, but believe these times are correct. If there are any changes, we will send them out as soon as possible.

AM Session - 13 and over - Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 Arrival Time; 7:45am Warmups; 9:00am Meet Start.

PM Session - 12 and under - Saturday: 10:45am Arrival Time, 11:00pm Warmups; 12:00pm Meet Start; Sunday: 11:15 Arrival, 11:30am Warmups; 12:30pm Start.

Team set up is in the parking garage. Look for the Rocklin Swim Team Banner.
