Weekly Mail 3/2

RST Secretary

Hey Everyone,

This past weekend we had four of our Senior girls competing at the first Sectional meet of the year locally in Roseville. Our team had a ton of success achieving best times in 13 out of 16 possible events. Now we look forward to our championship meets for our age group swimmers in the coming weeks. With that comes some slight changes to the practice schedule this week for our presenior swimmers which will be laid out below. The changes are to ensure that our swimmers get the rest they need so that they can compete to the best of their ability this weekend.

Practice Schedule – Schedules are posted at the link. We are close to finalizing the practice schedule through August and should be able to release within the next week.

Presenior 1: Practice will be 6:15-7:45 on Tuesday and 6:15-7:15 Wednesday-Friday.

Presenior 2: Practice will be 6:15-7:15Wednesday-Friday.
