Reminder – there is no practice this Friday 3/28! Our last practice for March Clinics will be Monday 3/31 (normal times at Rocklin High School).

Spring and Summer Registration

Missing Items: a swim parka and bag went missing at practice last week. If you can check to see if grabbed the wrong one, I would appreciate it.

Name Caps and Spirit Wear

Elsmore - Rocklin Swim Team - If you are interested in purchasing RST spirit wear or RST Caps with names on them, you can do so at the link. We have recently added a few new items and colors for shirts.

Name Caps: for our Spring/Summer Season: cut off is 4/14/2025 and the caps will be delivered early to mid-May.

Team Swimsuits: we will be having a fitting the first week of Spring/Summer Wave. If you are unsure of your size, please wait to order until you have a chance to try them on (team suits are not returnable).
