USA Official Incentives

New Incentive Program for our USA Officials

We’ve been recruiting for new officials for quite some time, without any luck. To make sure we have enough officials and to not burn out the officials that we have, we’ve come up with the following incentives.

Starting today and running through the end of long course season** (August 2026):  

New Officials - once certified (after shadow sessions and testing is complete): 

$200 in team credit (towards future dues) for the first shift worked (this is $150 towards expenses + $50 for the shift). 

$150 in Arena Apparel

**The board will evaluate whether to continue the program after August 2026

New and Current Officials - For every Rocklin Swim Team assigned shift you work (once you are fully trained), we will add $50 in credit towards future dues. For example, if you work both Saturday and Sunday of a meet weekend, we will add $100 in credit towards future dues. Additionally, all USA Swimming Fees will be reimbursed as team credit as well. One time each year, we will offer $150 credit for Arena. 

Thank you to our current officials! Keep in mind, if we are not able to cover our assigned official shifts, our kids do not receive any awards at meets.
