Hi families!
TIME TRIALS – This past Saturday was amazing! What a great way to start of our Wave season. Our team has never felt closer. DQ Slips will be added to the Family Boxes this week!
Current MOC Qualifiers: We already have 2, and a few of us are already very close to making it!
JD Olson 13-14B: 100 IM, 50 Back
Kaia Francis 9-10G: 25 Fly
Please double check that I am correct, and that I have not missed anyone! I attached the 2025 MOC qualifying times. You can also search up, "Sacramento Valley Meet of Champions," and you can find the website to find more information.
NEXT MEET – Home Meet (at Rocklin High School) against Arden Park on 5/17. Timeline, parent volunteer and swimmer signup will be released this Wednesday 5/7. IMPORTANT - If you have not signed up, NorCal Swim League Registration is REQUIRED for all Wave Spring/Summer Swimmers ($20). Register here: Nor Cal Swim League Registration and select “Rocklin Wave”
Buddies: After releasing the list last week, I have a few families who are interested in signing up. I decided to put out the survey again. If your swimmer wants to be part of the second and final round of buddies, please fill out this survey by this Friday night, May 9 - Buddy Survey. I will not be taking any responses after Friday, but you are welcome to seek out your own unofficial buddies if you would like if you miss the deadline.
RST NAME CAPS – we have enough interest to place one more order for name caps this season. Email [email protected] to order (include the name you would like on the caps). Order is 2 for $33 (card on file at your RST Account will be charged when they arrive). DEADLINE for orders is Friday 5/9 at noon.
If you previously ordered name caps through Elsmore and have not picked up, they will be placed in the Family Boxes for pickup.
TEAM SUITS AND SPIRIT WEAR: Elsmore - Rocklin Swim Team. We recently added RST Hoodies.

MOTHER’S DAY PHOTOS: Moms, if you want the chance to be featured on our team Instagram, submit a picture of you and your swimmer from a meet or practice! This team is a family, and we want to give you some recognition to show how much we appreciate you!
