Relays

There are relays at the start and end of the meet. If your swimmer is 7 and over do not leave the meet without letting the coaches know!

Parent Volunteers

Please check in at the Volunteer Booth and receive your name tags for the day.  Please check in first thing regardless of when your shift is. We always need extra help due to last minute scratches. If you can assist let the Volunteer Table know. First Shift: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR POSITION UNTIL YOU ARE REPLACED. Shift Change occurs after the backstroke events (except for snack bar) but we do not take a break like we did at Time Trials.

Family Camp Set-Up

It is a good idea for families to share tents/camp space if possible.  There is NO set up on Friday night.  You may set up a tent at the top of the bleachers, remember that if it is breezy, you will want to anchor it down. Each age group has a tent in the left corner when looking at the scoreboard. Swimmers are welcome to come and visit their age team tent and need to come to their age group tent at least 4 events before they swim.  Age group reps are there to help the meet run smoothly but there is limited space so swimmers cannot camp out there the entire day.  Please help by having your swimmer at the age group tent 4 events before, ready to swim.  This means that they have their cap and goggles with them.

What to Bring/Expect

Each swimmer should make sure that he or she has the proper equipment for each meet:

1.               Suit, goggles, towels, swim cap.

2.               Warm clothes for after warmups.

3.               Shade structures are recommended.

4.               Snacks and drinks--our snack bar is available!

5.               A deck of cards, books, or board games to occupy swimmers between events.

Snack Bar (MENU ATTACHED)

Our snack bar opens at approximately 7:00am. CASH OR VENMO.

Reminder to wear College Gear - I will be graduating from Sac State tomorrow so I won't be there!
