Practice Information: No changes this week!
Future change: We will be cancelling practice on Friday 6/6. That is WHS Graduation Day, and the pool and parking will not be accessible.
Reminder: Monday 6/9 We switch to morning practices.
Arden Park at Rocklin – Looks like we had a pretty competitive meet this weekend! I only heard great things about our swimmers, and saw lots of dropped times. Keep up the great work and continue to work hard at practice! Keep a look out for our family boxes on deck.

OPTIONAL MEET: Rio Del Oro Invitational - We have been invited to participate in the Rio Del Oro Spring Invitational on Saturday 5/24. This will not be a team event and is completely optional. It is just an opportunity for any swimmers that would like to attend an extra meet this summer and gain some additional meet experience. UPDATE: We will be taking care of the meet entries for you (your account will be charged for the meet entry fees prior to the meet). Edit your commitment and select your events at the link prior to May 20th at noon if you would like to attend.
Sunrise at Rocklin – Our next meet is 5/31 at home. Meet information will be released this Wednesday.
Buddies - I wish I could have seen those posters you made, but I'm sure they looked great! Take a picture with your buddy next meet against Sunrise to get a cookie. If you are not able to make it next meet, you can always take a picture with your buddy at another one or submit one you already have.
T-Shirt Contest – We are having a contest for the design of our team t-shirts for Championship Season. Please send a photo of your artwork or bring to me before May 30th, no late entries allowed.
Team Photo Day – Save the Date! June 11th we will be having team photos during regular swim practice times. Please plan to be on time and come photo ready (no goggles or caps for the photos). Practice to follow (6 and under may not have time for practice). We will be doing photos for each age group as well as individual and small group photos. More details coming soon!
