Reminder: Monday 6/9 We switch to morning practices. 11&ups will have dryland starting Tuesday 6/10.
Rio Del Oro Invitational - We had 15 swimmers compete on Saturday, and it was a success! We were either very close to our seed times or dropped time! Hayes VanWagenen is the 6&u Boys High Point for the meet, Joslyn Kenyon is the 7-8 Girls High Point, and Kaia Francis is 5th overall for the 9-10 Girls. Many of our swimmers also placed Top 8 in their events. Great things happened this past weekend.
Current MOC Qualifiers: The list has remained the same, but lots of swimmers are within a second or two from qualifying for MOC! Another way to qualify is by getting Top 10 at Champs in July.

Sunrise at Rocklin – Our next meet is 5/31at home. Registration closes Wednesday 5/28 at midnight. Register and sign up for your job assignment at the link.
Reminders -
- ALL SWIMMERS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 7:00am TO CHECK IN (AT YOUR AGE GROUP TENT) OR YOU WILL BE SCRATCHED FROM THE MEET.
- 6 and under, 7-8 swimmers, and 9-10 swimmers: Head directly to your Age Group Tents after the Team Cheer (ready to race with goggles and caps).
- Please remember that all swimmers (12 and under) should be at their Age Group Tent 4 Events prior to each race.
The coaches will be wearing silly animal headbands for fun. If your swimmer wants to bring a headband to be silly too or wear anything animal related, that'd be awesome!
Buddies - Take a picture with your buddy next meet against Sunrise to get a cookie. If you are not able to make it next meet, you can always take a picture with your buddy at another one or submit one you already have. I have already received a few pictures of buddies from last meet, so those kids will get cookies next week with the rest.
T-Shirt Contest – We are having a contest for the design of our team t-shirts for Championship Season. Please send a photo of your artwork or bring to me before May 30th, no late entries allowed.
Team Photo Day – Save the Date! June 11th we will be having team photos during regular swim practice times. Please plan to be on time and come photo ready (no goggles or caps for the photos). Practice to follow (6 and under may not have time for practice). We will be doing photos for each age group as well as individual and small group photos. More details will be emailed to families this week!
