Wave: Home Meet 5/31 Tomorrow!

Hi Wave families!

Reminder that our Home Meet vs. Sunrise Saturday will be at Rocklin High School – not WHS! ALL SWIMMERS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 7:00am

Set-up Team Only: Please arrive at 5:45am and check in with Julie Meier during setup.

Gates will open at 6:30am - please check in at both the volunteer check in table (parents) AND your swimmer's age group tent. Swimmer check in begins at 6:30am and warmups start at 7:00am!

AFTER THE TEAM CHEER: 6 and under, 7-8 swimmers, and 9-10 swimmers: Head directly to your Age Group Tents (ready to race with goggles and caps). Please remember that all swimmers (12 and under) should be at their Age Group Tent 4 Events prior to each race. This means that they have their cap and goggles with them.

Relays: There are relays at the start and end of the meet. If your swimmer is 7 and over do not leave the meet without letting the coaches know!

Parent Volunteers: Please check in at the Volunteer Booth and receive your name tags for the day.  Please check in first thing regardless of when your shift is. 

First Shift: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR POSITION UNTIL YOU ARE REPLACED. Shift Change occurs after the backstroke events (except for snack bar). 

It’s going to be very hot Saturday – please be prepared.

Snack Bar (MENU ATTACHED)

Our snack bar opens at approximately 7:00am. CASH OR VENMO. CHICK-FIL-A WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 11:00am. SNOWIE KING WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE!

The coaches will be wearing silly animal headbands for fun. If your swimmer wants to bring a headband to be silly too or wear anything animal related, that'd be awesome!
