Hey Everyone,
This past weekend we had a group of swimmers competing out in Concord against some new faces and in some cooler weather. Every new long course meet comes with some big time drops and new JO cuts for our presenior swimmers. Keep up the hard work!
There will be no practice Saturday 6/28 due to the Woodland Last Chance Meet.
No practice on Saturday 7/5. Normal practice times Friday 7/4 for Senior and Presenior groups. Blue group practice will be earlier from 8:15-9:30

Swim-A-Thon: Our swim-a-thon is this Wednesday during practice! Just 2 days left! Donations can be made here: https://go.rallyup.com/rocklinswimteamfundraiser/Campaign/Details.
Parents: we also need your help! If you can assist with lap counting during your swimmer’s practice time we would appreciate it. Find all the information and signup to volunteer HERE.
Donuts after practice Friday 6/27 for the group with the most contributions (averaged per swimmer). Currently leading: Seniors!
Adult Swim Lessons: We have just added adult lessons to our Swim Lessons School. Beginning next week, we will offer 2-week sessions for adults – small classes for beginners These are not hardcore workouts, it is a class for adults to feel comfortable, confident, and capable in the water.
