Wave Meet Reminder 6/28
Happy Friday!
Our Away Meet vs. West Sacramento is this Saturday! Here is what you need to know:
Venue Address: 2801 Jefferson Blvd. West Sacramento
Parking and Navigation: Please use 1 Raider Lane, West Sacramento. It is recommended to turn down Linden, which is closer to the football field/back parking lot and the back gate.

ALL SWIMMERS MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 7:15am. CHECK IN FOR SWIMMERS AND PARENTS WILL BE AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT.
Volunteering: Please check in at the Volunteer Booth and receive your name tags for the day. Please check in first thing regardless of when your shift is. We are very short on volunteers for this meet, if you are available to work a second shift, please let us know at check-in. First Shift volunteers, DO NOT leave your position until you are replaced.
AFTER THE TEAM CHEER: 6 and under, 7-8 swimmers, and 9-10 swimmers: Head directly to your Age Group Tents (ready to race with goggles and caps).
Please remember that all swimmers (12 and under) should be at their Age Group Tent 4 Events prior to each race. This means that they have their cap and goggles with them.
Relays: There are relays at the start and end of the meet. If your swimmer is 7 and over do not leave the meet without letting the coaches know!
Schedule:
- 6:30 AM: Gates Open
- Scratch Deadline - you must check in at the Check-in Tent prior to 7:15 amor you will be scratched from the meet.
- 7:45 AM: Pool available for warm-up
- 8:30 AM: Meet Start
Snack Bar:
- Breakfast: Burritos, muffins, donuts, coffee and more!
- Lunch: Chicken skewers, Cup noodles
Meet Results: Available on Swimtopia and Time Drops only.
