Weekly Mail 6/30
Hey Everyone,
This past weekend we had our Last Chance Qualifier meet hosted by Woodland. It was a long hot weekend but our kids came through with a bunch of best times and great swims. This meet was highlighted for me when a timer came over to us and let us know how much they appreciate our kids thanking them after every race.
No practice on Saturday 7/5. Normal practice times Friday 7/4 for Senior and Presenior groups. Blue group practice will be earlier from 8:15-9:30
No practice Saturday 7/12. Our last long course practice will be on 7/13 at Roseville Aquatics Center (Senior and Presenior 1: 8:00-10:00am; Presenior 2: 8:00-9:30am; Blue: 8:00-9:15am).

July 10: Fundraising Night at Blaze Pizza – 20% of proceeds go to the team (4:00-9:00pm).
Adult Swim Lessons: We have just added adult lessons to our Swim Lessons School. We are offering 2-week sessions for adults – small classes for beginners These are not hardcore workouts, it is a class for adults to feel comfortable, confident, and capable in the water.
