July 28-July 31: MOC Qualifiers only. No Practice 8/1. 6&us 8:00-8:30am, 7-8s 8:00-8:45am, 9-10s 8:00-9:00am, 13 and over: 8:00-9:30am.
July 10: Fundraising Night at Blaze Pizza – Mention Rocklin Swim Team and 20% of proceeds go to the team (4:00-9:00pm). Dine in or order online and pick-up (use code: 1044A for online).
Gold River @ Home: Our last meet before Champs will be this Saturday 7/12 at Rocklin High School. DEADLINE TO SIGNUP IS 7/9!!
Champs Meet: Our Champs Meet is now open for registration and signups! DEADLINE IS 7/14!!! You must have attended two dual meets over the season to attend (Time Trials does not count). This is a great event where our swimmers can show their progress over the season. The format is different for this meet: all swimmers swim all races over 2 days (prelims will be in the morning and finals/relays will be in the afternoon). More details will be coming shortly but don’t wait to sign up (you are only confirming attendance and 2 volunteer spots, as all swimmers swim all races). It is required to take 2 volunteer spots, one per day. 6U swimmers can take 2 on Saturday. Sign up early to get the volunteer spot you want!

7/24: Neon Thursday – Wear Neon Colors. Dinner Picnic in the Park and Color War (6:00-8:00pm Picnic at Breen Elementary)
7/25: Spirit Day Friday – Wear RST Gear. Decorate Cars for Champs!
7/26-7/27: Champs Meet (American River College)
8/2-8/3: Meet of Champions (Roseville Aquatics Center)
8/6: 7:00pm Awards Night

Buddies: I will be printing out pictures so the kids can make popsicle stick frames together during their down time at our last home meet. I hope you have had a fantastic time getting to know your buddies!
