July 28-July 31: MOC Qualifiers only. 6&us 8:00-8:30am, 7-8s 8:00-8:45am, 9-10s 8:00-9:00am, 13 and over: 8:00-9:30am.

This is the last week of Dryland before Champs! No dryland for 11-12s or 13&ups during Spirit Week.
Gold River at Home: Our last dual meet was probably one of the best meets of the season! So much cheering, lots of time drops, and a bunch of bonding between age groups was happening. The coaches loved every bit of it. Let's keep the team spirit alive and bring it to Champs!
Champs Meet (June 26 and 27): Our Champs Meet closes for registration this Monday 7/14!!! You must have attended two dual meets over the season to attend (Time Trials does not count). All swimmers swim all races over 2 days (prelims will be in the morning and finals/relays will be in the afternoon). MEET INFORMATION AND SIGNUP.
It is required to take 2 volunteer spots, one per day. 6U swimmers will only participate on Saturday. Top 10 Finalists will also earn a spot at Meet of Champions.
Our Champs shirts are ready to order! They are $15 each and are available in both Youth and Unisex Sizes. Details and order form: SHIRT ORDERS (Deadline for shirt orders is 7/17).

7/21: America Monday - Wear Red, White and Blue. Melon Relays.
7/22: Sports Tuesday – Wear Your Favorite Team Gear. T-shirt Relays.
7/23: Luau Wednesday – Wear Hawaiian. Innertube Relays.
7/24: Neon Thursday – Wear Neon Colors. Dinner Picnic in the Park and Color War (6:00-8:00pm Picnic at Breen Elementary)
7/25: Spirit Day Friday – Wear RST Gear. Decorate Cars for Champs!
7/26-7/27: Champs Meet (American River College)
8/2-8/3: Meet of Champions (Roseville Aquatics Center)
8/6: 7:00pm Awards Night

Buddies: It was so sweet to see everyone working on their picture frames! If you were not able to attend the meet or make your frame, there will be supplies in your Family Folder sometime this week so you can make them at home.
