July 28-July 31: MOC Qualifiers only. 6&us 8:00-8:30am, 7-8s 8:00-8:45am, 9-10s 8:00-9:00am, 11-12s 8:00-9:15am, 13 and over: 8:00-9:30am.

Fall Registration: We are very close to releasing our Fall Programming. We are just finalizing our pool space. We hope to be able to release by the end of the week!
Champs Meet (June 26 and 27):
6U swimmers will only participate on Saturday. Top 10 Finalists will also earn a spot at Meet of Champions. Our Champs shirts (for orders received by 7/17) will be delivered at practice this Friday! Meet Sheet is attached at the link.
We’re looking for 16 parents (2 teams of 8) to be part of our Parent Relay after Prelims the first day of Champs! Email [email protected] with your phone number if interested.

7/21-7/25: Spirit Week is this week!
7/21: America Monday - Wear Red, White and Blue. Melon Relays.
7/22: Sports Tuesday – Wear Your Favorite Team Gear. T-shirt Relays.
7/23: Luau Wednesday – Wear Hawaiian. Innertube Relays.
7/24: Neon Thursday – Wear Neon Colors. Dinner Picnic in the Park and Color War (6:00-8:00pm Picnic at Breen Elementary)
7/25: Spirit Day Friday – Wear RST Gear. Decorate Cars for Champs! - After each practice, a coach will be in the parking lot with markers.
7/26-7/27: Champs Meet (American River College)
8/2-8/3: Meet of Champions (Roseville Aquatics Center)
8/6: 7:00pm Awards Night
Buddies: There are no more "official" things to bring your buddies for the season! If you'd like to bring your poster to Champs and hang it up in your tent, that'd be awesome! You are also welcome to bring your buddy whatever you like. Wave really felt more like a family this summer, which I absolutely love. It wouldn't have happened if both the kids and parents were so involved. Thank you for helping make the magic happen.
