Weekly Mail 7/21

RST Secretary

Hey Everyone,

This past weekend we had our main championship meet for our long course season. This meet was a huge success for our team. Across all of our swims our team had 74% best times which was the second best in the meet! It was capped off by Cate Kadden taking 3rd place highpoint for the 15-16 Girls. Congratulations to all of our swimmers on an amazing long course season.

Practice Updates

There will be no more Dryland practice this month.

Our last day of practice before Summer Break is Thursday, July 31. We will return on August 18th.

Pricing and Group Shifts for 2025-2026 Season:

There will be no changes in our monthly fees per group for the 2025-2026 season, except for our in-season high school athlete price which will go from $100/month to $110/month (this is for a maximum of 3-days per week while swimmers are participating in another high school sport, other than swim).

Practice times and Group changes for Fall will be announced later this week. We are just finalizing the schedule with the high schools.

Fall Staffing Update: Coach Noah will be on deck less this Fall as he returns to school for his Physical Therapist Assistant Certification. Once he receives his clinical assignments, he may be able to coach more often, but until then, he’ll be subbing when needed and planning the workouts for our dryland program. We have hired an additional coach who we will introduce shortly!
