Location: Roseville Aquatics Complex, 3051 Woodcreek Oaks Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747

Timeline: Facility Opens: 6:30 AM. Please review the facility map for parking and team areas. 

Coaches will be bringing a team tent as a marker for families to sit together. Please bring your own canopies for shade and consider sharing to consolidate space. Coaches will meet swimmers at the team tent before 7:00am to coordinate warmups.  

Warmups: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM 

Meet Begins: 9:00 AM 

Finals: Finals will start 45-min after the conclusion of prelims. 

Please note: these times are for both days.

Check-In: Swimmers do not check-in for this meet. 

Volunteers must check-in to receive their name tag and reporting time. Volunteers need to report to their shift at the designated time.

Relays: All relay events will swim as timed finals. 6 & Under relays will swim at the conclusion of prelims on Saturday. All other relays will swim during finals. Order of events can be found on the last page of this meet sheet.

Scratches: Preliminaries – This is a pre-seeded meet. It will be the responsibility of each swimmer to report to the blocks for each race. No refunds will be given for missed races. There will not be a “ready bench.” 

Finals – If a swimmer makes it to finals but does not plan to swim, please notify the meet referee so alternates can be notified. Any swimmer who misses their event during finals will be scratched from the remainder of the swim meet entirely.

SATURDAY'S MEET PROGRAM WILL BE SENT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS DIRECTLY ON FRIDAY AT 5:00PM. SUNDAY'S MEET PROGRAM WILL BE SENT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS DIRECTLY ON SATURDAY EVENING. Heats and lanes will be included! They should also be posted on Meet Mobile.

6 and under relays will be at the end of Prelims Saturday. 

Saturday Relays (age 7+): Relays will be at the start of Finals. Sunday Relays: will be at the end of Finals. Finals will begin 45 minutes after prelims end. 

Relay only swimmers: Prelims Timeline is only an estimate. Please make sure you arrive ahead of schedule.
