We are looking forward to having our swimmers back in the water starting on Monday!
On Monday 8/25 we will have a parent meeting. More details will be sent later this week
All Practices are at WHS unless noted.
Reminder that Thursday 8/21 Senior, Pre1, Pre2 Swimmers are in the AM and Blue and Grey are in the PM at RHS.
Blue Group Swimmers: You must attend the practice that you signed up for (Early or Late). Due to lane space, the practices are NOT interchangeable. If you have questions on your group, please email [email protected]
Equipment and Team Apparel: Equipment list by group and team apparel items can be found at the link.
Name Caps: If you would like to place an order for the RST logo caps with a name on it, please email [email protected] – include the exact name you would like printed. 2 caps for $33. Orders are due by 8/25 at noon. We also have a limited supply of logo caps in stock (without a name). 1 for $13.

Wave Swimmers: Coaches may discuss USA Swim Meet participation on a case-by-case basis. Should a swimmer have the desire to participate with the USA Team at a Meet during the fall season, a USA Swimming Membership will be required. Please contact your swimmer's coach before signing up for a USA Swim Meet.
