Hey Everyone,
This past weekend we had a great showing at the CCA Spooktacular meet. It was many if our swimmers first experience with a USA swimming meet and the results were amazing. I am very excited for the rest of our fall and winter sessions as our swimmers gain more and more experience.
On that note, there will be a small adjustment to our meet schedule. Instead of the block party we were planning on hosting we will be attending the Woodland Pirate Pentathalon. This meet will let swimmers swim every stroke as well as an IM.

Sac Regional Meet-Volunteer shifts will be sent out later this week.
