Weekly Mail 10/13
Hey Everyone,
This past weekend we were able to co-host a very successful swim meet with Aquasol. Hosting meets will hopefully be something we are able to do more frequently in the future since it is a great way for our team to raise some money while also giving back to our swimming community. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to help make this happen.
Weather Policy
I have gotten a couple of questions about our practice policy with poor weather. In general we will always have practice unless there is extreme weather. This includes lightning, hail, as well as very heavy rain. Our first priority is always the safety of our athletes. If there is any changes to practice or early ends due to weather we will send out an email and post on our social media asap.
Upcoming Meets
Woodland Pirate Pentathalon (10/25)-To register for the meet please enter all events in whichever bracket you would like to enter. Let me know if you have any questions about how to enter this meet.
Winterfest (12/12-14)-This is our championship meet for the winter season. There are a couple of events that have qualification times but other than those all swimmers are able to participate. More information about the meet is available at the Sparks Piranha website.
