NOTES FROM YOUR COACHES:

** The Holiday Season is here.  Take advantage of the great sales going on at Swim Outlet to get more practice and racing gear.

**The winter season is upon us, and with that comes a nice and heated pool for practice. As a team, we need to untarp the pool when we arrive. For the groups starting at 4:15pm each day or 7am on Saturday, please arrive 15 minutes early to help with tarps. Pulling tarps is part of the sport and getting as many swimmers doing it as possible makes for a quick transition. For the next couple of weeks, we will also need to put the tarps back on after practice to ensure a warm pool again the next day.

 

MEETS:

Winterfest (12/12-14) – If your swimmer has entered the meet, Sunday 11/30 is the last day to order team apparel! Winter Championship - Apparel Order Form   

  • Entries close December 4th @ 11:59 PM – get your entries in ASAP!
  • The host team is holding a pajama drive to support kids in need in Northern Nevada. They are asking for NEW pajamas for this drive. If you are out shopping this Thanksgiving week, grab some to donate to this great cause. You can drop them off at the meet.

 

INFORMATION:

Want to become an official?  We are always in need of parents who want to become officials for our team. Every meet, we have a requirement to provide officials to run the meet. The team provides amazing benefits for certified officials working at meets. Additional benefits you receive while at the meet include great meals provided by host team, access onto a closed deck (most meets are all closed deck meaning parents are not allowed on deck with swimmers), and you get to work with a fun group of people!
