Hey Everyone,

 

Before we head off to Reno I wanted to put out some general team plans and info about the meet. The first thing I want to say is that while this will be a fun environment to swim in and a great chance for all of the kids to hang out, the focus of this meet is to swim fast. For tonight and Saturday night all swimmers should be in bed by 10PM. All swimmers are expected to return for finals regardless of if they make a final swim. We will hold a brief team meeting at the conclusion of finals each night at the pool before releasing you back to your hotels. Make sure you check out the timelines that we have posted on the website and plan meals accordingly. If you have any questions about anything feel free to text me and ask. Looking forward to a great meet!
