Rocklin Wave or Rocklin Mavericks?
Happy New Year Rocklin Swim Team families!
It's almost time for the 2026 Rocklin Wave season! February 1st starts the dry month where swimmers are not to be “coached” in any way in the water. If you have been swimming with us during the Winter session, it is time to decide if you want to continue swimming year round for Rocklin Mavericks or take the month of February off from water training and go back to Rocklin Wave for the Summer.
On Thursday January 8th, we will be on deck @ Whitney Highschool from 4:30-6:00 pm to answer any questions you may have about the difference between the 2 options. We are here to help you decide which is the best option for you and your swimmer.
If you are going to swim for Rocklin Wave, and you are looking for a way for your swimmer to stay active before the season starts, we have a great option for you. Dynamic training offers classes that gets kids active and gives them a great dryland workout. The classes are drop in, and you pay for sessions up front. HOME | Dynamic Speed Agility Training | Rocklin check out their website and sign up if you are interested. If you have any questions, simply fill out the contact form and the owner will get back you. This program is not a part of Rocklin Swim Team.
The summer season will get going soon starting with March clinics. They will be open for registration mid January. Clinics will be 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Session times will be between 6:15pm – 8:15pm. All clinic sessions will be held at Whitney Highschool. The Clinic is a great way to get your returning swimmer ready for the season, or a new swimmer ready for team tryouts.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Sasha at [email protected]
We look forward to your continued involvement with Rocklin Swim Team!
