March Clinics Opening Sunday 1/18
MARCH CLINICS ARE OPENING SUNDAY 1/18!
Is your swimmer ready to get back into the water to get ready for the Rocklin Wave summer season? Registration for clinics will open on Sunday 1/18.
The Rocklin Swim Team is offering a swim clinic for the month of March on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
LOCATION: Whitney High School
DATES: MARCH 2-27, 2026.
NEW SWIMMERS: A tryout is required for all new swimmers who have not participated in a Wave Program previously. Please email [email protected] to set-up a tryout.

Bronze: $135 for March Session
Swimmers need to be water safe and be able to swim 1 length (25 yards) of freestyle and 1 length of backstroke unassisted. Recommended for ages 8 and under.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:15-6:45 pm
Silver: $140 for March Session
Swimmers need to be able to swim 2 lengths (50 yards) of freestyle and 2 lengths of backstroke. They need to have a legal breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Recommended for ages 9-10.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:45 -7:30pm
Gold: $145 for March Session
Swimmers need to complete 2 lengths (50 yards) of butterfly and breaststroke. Swimmers must be capable of completing a 100 IM and proficient at turns and dives. They will need to remember sets and intervals given to them by their coach. Recommended for ages 11 and over.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:15 – 8:15pm
Coaches may reassign swimmers to different group based on skill level (pricing will be adjusted accordingly). Swimmers need to be able to swim consistently for the entire practice. Should a pool closure occur, make-up practices may be scheduled for a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday.
