Coast Parents and Swimmers, I hope everyone is staying warm on a very chilly Sunday afternoon. Just a couple of reminders that couldn't wait for the Coast It Notes tomorrow. 1. The deadline for Region IV registration is noon on Tuesday, 2/3/26. This is a team effort meet, and we want everyone to get registered and compete for another Region IV Championship. 2. Coast Parents and Swimmers, The good news is the sun is out and warming things up nicely today. The bad news is that it gets really cold again tomorrow. We will follow our normal practice schedule at all sites today, Friday, 1/30. There will be no Saturday practices due to the cold. We will be running practice in Destin today with Seniors swimming 330-530 pm and Juniors swimming 4-530 pm no dryland today. Parents and swimmers. Due to the extreme cold temperatures, we are going to switch the Monday and Tuesday schedules in Destin and at the Bernie. Juniors and seniors will swim at the Bernie 4-6 on Monday. Age group and Novice will swim at the Bernie on Tuesday 430-6 for age group and 5-6 for Novice. Coast Aquatics maintained its top spot as First Place Visiting Team at the Gravy Bowl this year. This is the sixth year in a row that Coast has held that mark. This year was an all-around performance with Coast getting large contributions from all age groups, both male and female. In all, 27 Coast athletes scored 40 points or more individually. At the top of that stack was Victoria Nechaeva, who went a perfect 8 for 8 in individual first-place swims, picking up a perfect 160 points. She and Sawyer...
