Monday November 10th is the final day to register for Gravy Bowl. Make sure to get signed up as soon as possible to allow coaches to coordinate staff, check events and build relays. Coast Parents and Swimmers, I wanted to clarify a couple of things on the Gravy Bowl entry that may seem odd. !0 and under events are Friday pm and Sunday afternoon only! UWF will hosting a "home" playoff football game on Saturday and we will not have access to the Aquatics Center in the afternoon for a 10 & under session. Coast Aquatics Shines at Rick Byers Invitational Great swimming, great teamwork, and great weather proved to be the winning formula for Coast Aquatics as they hosted the Rick Byers Invitational at the Taj Renee Aquatics Center in Destin. Coast swimmers dominated the competition, and the entire Coast community came together to ensure the meet was a resounding success. Warmups have been moved back 30 minutes due to weather. First warmup will begin at 8 am and we will start at 830 am.

Due to the severely cold weather forecast for areas tomorrow we will be cancelling all practices for Coast Aquatics. We will be evaluating the weather daily so please pay attention to your group Remind for practice changes

Senior and Junior practice in Destin will be cancelled this afternoon and we will move Saturday practice 1-3 pm. The wind, rain, and cold temps have dropped the pool temp and we need to cover it and let it recover. There will be no Saturday practice for Age Group and Novice.
