CONGRATULATIONS to MATT ROMAN for his selection to, and participation in, the Swim Ontario Train to Compete Camp held at UWO October 8-10. Matt was one of 18 Ontario swimmers selected to attend this event.
2010 ANNUAL LAC AWARDS BANQUET

Announcing our annual awards banquet, which will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Our banquet not only recognizes the hard work and achievements of our swimmers from the past season it also introduces and welcomes our newest team members to the club. SWIMMING 101 – A GUIDE TO THE 2010-11 SWIM SEASON
Attend an informative session with LAC Board Members & Coaches to hear more about the club's operations and the competition season.
When: CGAC Friday October 15th - 6pm - 7pm MPR Room.
CHOCC Saturday October 16th - 7-8 am and 8-9 am.
Who: Meetings are open to all swim parents. Recommended for all new families
EQUIPMENT
Personalized Items: Orders are currently being taken for team sweatshirts, warm up suits, backpacks and towels. Orders for these items will be taken until October 15th. Should you have any questions please contact Jacqui at [email protected]. These items will be ready in time for Christmas should you be looking for Christmas gifts. This will be the only order for the hoodies, warm up suits and towels so do not miss out!

LOST ITEM
On Friday evening after Development 2's practice at CGAC an LAC swimcap, Goodlife Fitness waterbottle, and pair of goggles were left on the pool deck. Please check in with the front desk at CGAC if they are your items.
