12 & UNDER MEET

The deadline has expired for the 12 & Under Meet. Only the swimmers that have confirmed attendance through the LAC website have been entered in the meet. If you missed the deadline and wish to attend please contact Donna at [email protected] by Tues Dec 28 (TOMORROW!).

UWO SWIM MEET

UWO is having a swim meet on Saturday January 08th, 2011 after the 12 & Under Saturday afternoon session has ended.

Warm-ups will be at approx 7:00 pm with a start time of 8:00 pm.  We will have less than 100 swimmers with approximately 1 1/2 hours of racing in the deep end of the pool only.

All of our Western swimmers will be swimming in this meet, so we are looking for deck positions 2 Timers per lane, Safety Marshalls, Stroke & Turns, Clerk of Course, and Chief Timer. This is a wonderful opportunity to see our varsity swimmers and get some practice on a deck position.

If you can help us or you have a swimmer (age 14 and older for timing) that can assist with this swim meet, please contact us. Any and all help is very much appreciated.
