WORKOUT CHANGES    

The SUMMER TRAINING SCHEDULE that is posted in our Schedules section begins Monday May 30.

THAMES POOL

Thames pool is located on Ridout Street at Horton.

Due to construction it may only be accessed from Ridout Street travelling north from Craig Street (south of river). Ridout cannot be accessed from Horton due to bridge repairs. There are detours in place.  Parents should plan their route accordingly.

LAC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the London Aquatic Club will held on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 7.00 p.m. The meeting will be in the MPR Room at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre.
 

LONG COURSE JR. PROVINCIALS

June 30-July 3

The team has a block of rooms for this meet at the Residence Inn by Marriott closest to the pool.  The rooms are mostly studio's which have a king size bed plus a pullout sofa bed, full kitchen and includes a hot buffet breakfast for $105 per night.  There are also a couple of 2 bedroom suites which have 2 separate bedrooms both with king size beds plus a pullout sofa bed and full kitchen and also includes a hot buffet breakfast for $169 per night.  If you wish to reserve a room call the hotel at 905-602-7777 or 1-866-806-4242 and quote group number LJNP the cut off date for these rooms is May 30, 2011.  Thanks Wendy
