The Summer Ontario Swimming Championships took place July 6th-9th, 2023 in Toronto. This meet is a provincial championship with Ontario’s highest level qualifying standards. We had an amazing 16 qualifiers at the event: Sarah C, Quinn L, Elizabeth C, Willow C, Jessica D Rodrigo O, Connor B, Owen I, Alan S, Alex R, Dylan J, Michael Y, Evan H, Cristian C plus Hayley M and Cameron M, who could not be at the meet. By the Numbers: CW Placed 22nd out of 77 teams 22 Top Ten Finalists 2 Gold...
2023 WOSA Long Course Championships – Windsor, ON June 2nd - 4th By Dragan Zubac It was a blazing hot June weekend in Windsor when our swimmers were preparing for their races at this year’s WOSA Long Course Regionals. The Windsor Aquatic Centre was filled with both excitement and nerves as for some, this would prove to be a very important meet. Ultimately, the Club Warriors swimmers proved that their hard work was worth it with some amazing swims. Qualified swimmers from all age groups achieved personal best times, qualified...
The last weekend of the month (May 27-28, 2023) provided an opportunity for a variety of Club Warriors swimmers from the Age Group 3 (AG3), Junior, and Junior Elite teams to compete at the 2023 MAC Rising Stars Long Course (LC) meet hosted by the Markham Aquatic Club at the Markham PanAm Centre in Markham, Ontario. The PanAm Centre itself is a fantastic facility and I think many of us feel that we are all very lucky to have such venues to host our events and see our swimmers perform....
