The updated 2026 Budget was approved by the Board of Directors at is January board meeting. The budget shows a surplus of approximately $10,000 and includes increased funding for athletes, coaches ($5000.00), and officials development, as well as a new $20,000 allocation for the senior swimming program. The budget projects revenues at $390,600.00, and expenses at $380353.50.

Congratulations to our two new Coach Representatives on the Board ! The Board approved the election of Ricky Rascon, coach of Swim Kauai Aquatics, as the new Junior Coach Board Representative. His term will be January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. They also approved the appointment of Nohea Lileikis, coach at Punahou Aquatics, to fill the remaining term of Jasmine Mau as Senior Coach Representative. She was the runner-up in the Junior Coach Representative election. Her term will run to December 31, 2026.

Academy Swim Club is hosting a world-class Fitter & Faster Swim Camp the weekend of April 11th & 12th at the HPA Pool in Waimea on the Big Island. The weekend will have 6 workshops.
