Honolulu County modifies Tier 3 to include resuming organized swimming at permitted facilities. Click here for the Honolulu C&C Parks and Recreation, COVID 19 Sports Permits page. All teams that want to use County pools should submit their permit application as soon as possible, so that they may be approved for a permit that will go into effect after April 12, 2021. Permit dates to start may differ from pool to pool.

Hawaiian Swimming has been advocating for the return to organized competitive swimming since May 2020.  The following document lists the actions taken by the LSC:
