Maui Swimmers break records on night 1 of senior champs

Congratulations to Cruz Storer of Lahaina Swim Club and Connor Ventura of Maui Swim Club who both broke age group records on night 1 of senior champs.  In  the D final of the boys 50 fly, Connor swam to a time of 24.55 breaking the previous 11-12 boys record of 24.73.  Later in the session, Cruz went on to win the 100 back A final in a time of 48.96, breaking a 24 year old record.  In the process, Connor established the second fastest time in the country for 12 year old boys this season with Cruz logging the 3rd fastest time in the country this year for 15 year old boys.
