Already an American Red Cross Lifeguard and need to be recertified? Contact Charles Collins: [email protected] or Garrett Nelson: [email protected] for future recertification classes. A minimum of 5 students MUST be enrolled and participate in the class for a Recertification class to take place. The maximum per Recertification class is 10 students.

Lifeguards, remember, per American Red Cross rules and regulations, to be recertified as a Red Cross Lifeguard, you MUST take and pass the recertification class NO LATER THAN 30 days past your expiration. After that day, you WILL HAVE TO take the full American Red Cross Lifeguard full class to become a Red Cross Lifeguard.

Students that register for the Recertificaton class will receive instructions on how to complete the on-line Lifeguard Modules. These modules MUST be completed BEFORE the in-water portion of the Recertification class.
