AAAA-AH Registration Fee:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is due at the time of the online registration at the start of the SC Season (August - March).
  • This fee includes administrative fees, team gear, a spring team gear, and long course pool rental fees.
  • After March 1 - The registration fee will be $87.50 and the fall team gear package will not be available since you are registering just for the LC Season (March - July).

  • All monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month.
  • If the swimmer is transferred to a different practice team by the coaching staff, within their first month on the team, the contracted fee MAY change to reflect the appropriate billing group.

Meet Fees:

  • All meet fees will be invoiced to a swimmer's account after the meet entry deadline and are expected to be paid on the 1st of the upcoming month.
  • Meet Entry Fees can range from $5 per event to $30 per event.
  • Meet Surcharge Fees can range from $5 - $20 per meet in addition to Meet Entry Fees.
  • All meet fees will be listed in the specific meet information.
  • Costs associated with travel for the competition are the responsibility of the athlete/athlete's family.

Late Fees:

  • Any delinquent account (45 days or more past due) will result in athlete suspension until financial obligations are resolved. This includes further participation in all Alamo Heights Aquatics activities, including, but not limited to, practices and swim meets.

Membership Cancellation:

  • This contract may be canceled by providing written notice to the AHISD Aquatics team. Written notice must be received by the 15th in order to avoid billing on the 1st.
  • A swimmer may leave the program at any time during the current season with no financial repercussions. If a swimmer decides to come back to the team at a later date, they may be subject to being placed on the wait list depending on if there are spots available. The swimmer may be asked to complete a tryout for appropriate group placement and must be in good financial standing with their account to come back to the team.
