CONGRATULATIONS TO THE TWO NEW RECORD BREAKERS! Cullen Cashman of SSYS broke another 11-12 Breaststroke record over the weekend at the CRA Distance Meet. He now holds all three 11-12 Breaststroke records breaking the 50 Breaststroke with a time of 29.03. The lists consist of 1,135 athletes in grades 9-12 who maintained a minimum 3.5 grade point average (GPA) and meet any of the competition criteria* during the qualifying period of September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023. FIRST RECORD BREAKER OF THE SEASON! Cullen Cashman, SSYS, broke both the 11-12 Boys 100 and 200 Breaststroke records this weekend at the SAC Spooktacular at MIT. His times of 1:03.80 and 2:17.12 broke his own previous records of 1:04.17 and 2:17.13 from the Eastern Zone Age group meet back in March. This is the second time Cullen has broken the 100 Breast stroke record and the third time he has broken the 200 Breast. Congratulations!!

Congratulations to Nick Rice (ABF) for being selected as the Girls Head Coach of the 2023 National Select Camp, to be held at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The camps will run October 12-15 (boys) and October 26-29 (girls). DORSI RAYNOLDS SENIOR DEVELOPMENT COACH OF THE YEAR SUSAN TRAINER, CRIMSON AQUATICS-WELLESLEY HEAD COACH Susan began her coaching career at the University of California, Los Angeles. After a successful stretch in the collegiate ranks, Susan moved back to the northeast and has been leading Shawmut Aquatic Club (Crimson-Wellesley) since 2002. WILLIAM MULGREW, CRIMSON-WELLESLEY, broke two 15-16 NE records at Junior Nationals last weekend. He swam a 8:07.97 in the 800 Freestyle and a 15:29.82 in the 1500 Freestyle to seal the deal! Both records were previously owned by Josh Parent, ABF in 2021. ALEXEI AVAKOV (PHX) lowered his own 17-18 100 Breast record that he just set at NE Seniors from 1:02.19 to a new time of 1:01.77 CONGRATULATIONS!
