New 90 Minute Workouts
New 90 Minute Workouts (Starts Monday, Feb. 7)
In helping swimmers get ready for Spring Nationals we have extended several of our workouts to a 90 minute format for more yardage. The following 6 workouts will offer a 90 minute practice.
All regular scheduled times have not been changed. Noon and 6:00am workouts have not been changed.
11:30-1:00pm (Monday and Thursday)
5:00-6:30am (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
9:00-10:30am (Friday)
