Dear Nadadores Team,
Happy Fourth of July! As we gear up for our upcoming events, I want to emphasize the importance of our hosted meets and our commitment to supporting swim meets both through active participation and event management.
1. First Swim Meet: This Sunday If you haven’t already signed up to swim or assist with the relay meet, please consider doing so. Your involvement is crucial, and we need every member’s support!
2. Silent Auction Our annual silent auction is underway and will conclude at noon during the relay meet on Sunday. Take a moment to browse the items and place your bids if anything catches your eye. Remember, this fundraiser is vital for our team.
3. Summer National Meet With just 49 days left until the Summer National Meet, our goal is to have 100 swimmers and clinch victory. In previous years (2005, 2013, and 2019), we secured second place behind San Diego Swim Masters. Let’s make 2024 our year to shine!
4. Meet Entry Details
- If you haven’t met the NQTs (National Qualifying Times), you’ll need to participate in three events.
- For all other swimmers, the requirement is six events.
- Don’t forget about the two relays: 200 medley and 200 Free (men, women, and mixed). Indicate your preferences when submitting your entry.
5. Meet Support Sign-Ups Mark your calendars! Meet support sign-ups will take place on Monday, July 22. We appreciate everyone who contributes to making our swim meets successful.
6. Gratitude A big thank you to the Local Organizing Committee, Chairs, Shift Leaders, and those with special assignments. Your dedication is what makes us a strong team!

Fees are $8 per individual event, plus a surcharge per swimmer. The
surcharge varies according to the date of entry:
