2. Sunday Clinic with Trenton Julian
Masters Clinic Sunday, August 18
12:00-1:00 PM
Getting “meet ready” with World Champion Trenton Julian
Who: Open to Masters swimmers
Cost: $80
Sign ups: on TeamUnify (under events)
General plan: (subject to adjustments)
Classroom based
Discussions on the day of meet preparations, handling long breaks between events, and race executions.
General to Trenton’s individual approach to suggestions for Nationals
Q&A – there will be time at the end to answer any questions you may have as well

3. Job Sign-Up for Nationals
These areas need sign-ups:
Check-In/Registration
Assist in registering and checking in athletes for the meet
Deck Marshal
Responsible for enforcing the warm-up procedures (will be provided). Must be comfortable enforcing order for the safety of the event. Cellphone use is discouraged.
Hospitality
Serve breakfast, lunch and snacks to VIP, officials and coaches
Runner
Assists Admin in delivering papers/results around the deck to various posting boards and awards. Must be willing to walk
Timer
Starts stopwatch, and records times of the lane at the finish of each race. The last shift of the day must stay until the session is complete.
Volunteer Check In
Assists the lead in checking in/out all Volunteers for their shifts.
