We wanted to inform you that Coach Nicole's last day with our swim team will be this Tuesday. We are incredibly grateful for everything Nicole has done for our team. While we are sad to see her go, we are also excited for her as she embarks on new challenges and opportunities. Nicole will always be a part of our team, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Get Ready for an Exciting Short Course Yards Season!
The Short Course Yards (SCY) season is upon us, and it's time to dive into action! Our training is designed to peak at the SPMS Regional Championships and the USMS Spring Nationals. Throughout this season, we'll focus on building a strong aerobic base, enhancing sprint speed, refining race strategies, perfecting stroke techniques, and mastering starts and turns.
Here are the upcoming swim meets leading up to and following the nationals. I strongly encourage all our competitive swimmers to participate in the Mission Viejo Nadadores SCY Meet – the deadline to register is this Friday!

2. Team Support Service Policy Reminders
- March Masters Meet JOBS are NOW OPEN.
- TEAM Support Session 1 continues through March 31, 2025. This is the last swim meet of Session 1 to get your TEAM Support hours completed for the session. Unworked hours will be billed at $25/hr on April 1, 2025.
