Encourage & Acknowledge

 — Never underestimate the power of a little encouragement! A quick “let’s go!” or “you got this!” during a tough set can be the exact boost your lane mates need to push through.

And if someone’s crushing it today? Say something! Acknowledge the effort, the speed, the focus — whatever it is. We’re all in this together, and lifting each other up makes the whole team stronger.

Let’s keep the good vibes flowing, both in and out of the pool!

Mission Mile – Dual-Sanctioned Open Water Races Date: Sunday, September 21 Distances: 400m, 800m, and 1 mile  REGISTRATION -  WE NEED MVN SWIMMERS TO ENTER!!!!

3. SWIM SCHOOL IS HIRING!

Make Waves as a Satellite League Coach! 
 
Are you (or someone you know) a current or former swimmer looking for a part-time gig that’s all about fun, teamwork, and making a splash?

We’re hiring Satellite League Coaches in Mission Viejo and RSM!
Short & sweet afternoon/evening hours
Perfect for students, athletes, or anyone who loves the pool

4. TEAM SUPPORT SERVICE POLICY REMINDERS

THANK YOU TO ALL OUR VOLUNTEERS!

Session 2 ended on August 31st. Unworked TEAM Support hours were billed at $25/hr on September 1.

25-26 Session 1 begins September 1, 2025. Each Masters member has been assigned 6 hours of TEAM Support hours.
