Leadership Team – Step Up & Lead
Great teams don’t just happen—they’re built by swimmers who show up, step up, and care about each other.
Our Leadership Team helps shape the year by organizing social activities, swim meets, and team events that make us more than just a workout group. Volunteering is a great way to lead, connect, and have a positive impact on our team culture.
Workout Group Captains are needed for:
5:00 AM | 6:00 AM | 9:00 AM | Noon | 7:30 PM
If you regularly swim one of these times and are willing to help motivate, communicate, and represent your group:
Contact Coach Mark on deck or send me a message to get involved.
Step up. Help lead your lane. Let’s make this a great season.

REMEMBER: USE IT OR LOSE IT
It doesn’t take long to lose fitness levels that take months to build—especially with aerobic and endurance sports like swimming.
If you stop training, you can start noticing changes in as little as two weeks. Laps that once felt easy become harder, you’ll get winded sooner, and muscles lose efficiency using oxygen. The longer the break, the tougher the return—and soreness shows up faster.
If you want to get fit and stay fit, consistency is key. Make exercise a lifetime habit.
Have a great weekend,
Coach Mark
