1.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to remove pool covers. 

2.  All equipment - have your name on it so it doesn't get lost.

1. Workout Times during the Age Group Luna Meet Friday-Sunday


Friday 2/16: 5 am, 6 am, 1 pm, 7:30 pm

9 am and Noon practices are canceled.

Saturday 2/17: 6:00 AM Only

7 am practice is canceled.

Sunday 2/18: 6:00 AM Only

8 am and 9 am practice canceled.

6 am practice in the dive pool.

Monday 2/19: 5 am, 6 am, 1 pm, 7:30 pm

9 am and Noon practices are canceled.

The Check-Off Challenge is an MVN event for swimmers to complete 18 pool events and a sanctioned open water during the 2024 calendar year. It challenges all levels of swimmers.

Swimmers who complete all the events will receive a 2024 Check Off Challenge logo towel.

Make Your Swimming Coach Happy:

10 Tip for Swimmers before Workouts, during Workouts, and after Workouts.

 

Before Workouts

1. Go to workouts with a positive attitude.

2. Make sure you have all your training tools with your name on them.

3. Arrive on time for the workout. (5-10 mins early)

4. Complete the warm-up before the first Set.

 

During Training

5. Work on your technique.

6. Work on your weaknesses.

7. Respect your team members.

8. Respect your swimming coach.
