Insurance
Each YMCA represented in the meet must have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance filed with YMCA of the USA. See SAMPLE that includes the exact wording required. New this year: The COI is filed by your YMCA's MOYP Administrator or CEO in the Data Collection Hub. This is the same place they submit your YMCA's annual report. If they do not see the COI Submission portal, they just need to go into MOYP and edit role assignments then access the COI Submission as association data steward. Send questions to Meredith Griffin. Do not email certificates of liability insurance to the meet director, ClubAssistant or Meredith Griffin. These must be submitted to the Data Collection Hub by your YMCA.
