Busy Pool Deck During the Winter Holidays!

The FAST pool deck was buzzing with hard working swimmers during the 2022 Winter Holiday Break! FAST hosted the #1 18 & under club team in the country, SwimMAC, for a six day training camp. We were also fortunate to visit with the American Swim Coaches' Association technique expert, Russell Mark, who spent time educating swimmers and coaches on the lastest technical trends at the elite level. We were fortuante to have several coaches on our pool deck who have coached Olympic and World Championship gold medalists. We can't wait to have SwimMAC visit us again next year!
