Senior
Age Group: Swimmers ages 13 & up
Overview: The Senior group is designed for middle and high school swimmers committed to competitive training. Practices focus on advanced stroke mechanics, aerobic development, speed work, and consistent meet readiness for high school, YMCA, and USA Swimming competitions.
Practice Schedule (YMCA):

Monday–Friday: 5:00–6:30 pm
(5:00–5:30 dryland • 5:30–6:30 swim)
