Age Group: Elite swimmers ages 13 & up
Overview: Senior Elite is MEY’s highest training group, built for athletes targeting State/JO cuts, Zones, Sectionals and beyond. Practices are demanding and emphasize advanced technique, speed endurance, race strategy, and high-performance habits—physical, technical, and mental.
Practice Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 6:45–9:00 pm (6:45–7:30 dryland • 7:30–9:00 swim)

Sunday: 7:00–9:00 pm (pool session; dryland added as scheduled on calendar)
